    • What is the delivery time of the equipment?

      The delivery time depends on the one you choose. We usually deliver from abroad within 6 weeks. You will receive accurate information about the deadlines when placing an order.

    • How fast is the invoice issued?

      Before invoicing, we necessarily work through the product lines for the need to provide permits to the customs, such as declarations of conformity, certificates of conformity, notifications, etc.

    • What are the deadlines for processing shipping documents for the delivered goods?

      The delivery of the goods is accompanied by a set of documents: a bill of lading, a bill of lading and an invoice. Upon request, we can send you copies of these documents before delivery, immediately after customs clearance of the goods.

    • Is the delivery of any ordered product guaranteed?

    • When does the transfer of ownership take place?

      The transfer of ownership of the product takes place at the time you sign the accompanying documents.

    • Do you provide a warranty for the equipment?

      Yes, we provide a warranty for all supplied equipment from 12 to 18 months.

    • Can the delivered goods be used for resale?

      The delivered goods are undergoing the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption. You have the right to dispose of the goods at your discretion without restrictions.

    • How can I confirm the legality of the importation of goods and the payment of all customs duties?

      The invoice for the delivered goods must contain the number of the goods declaration and the number of your goods in this declaration. You can also receive a copy of the customs declaration upon request.

    • How is the transaction processed?

      We contact you in any convenient way, we conduct a consultation, we discuss tasks, we make an assessment. We find the best solution. Then we sign the documents on cooperation and conclude an agreement. You pay the advance, and we'll get to work.
